interpretation center
architecture semester 05, we were required to design a 2-storey interpretation center located in Kg Morten, Melaka. ansur was inspired by the flow of the Malacca river which brings change with its force, while allowing life to bloom along it. ansur acts as a meeting point between visitors and locals, with a shell of modern design and containing hidden treasure of Melaka culture, traditions and masterpieces.

architectural exhibition/interactive space inspired by the poem "bunga popi" by usman bin awang. hazimhshrm designed the follies to evoke negative emotions that has been depicted in the poem about the gore and hardship that the Malaysian people went through post-war, dealing with loss of loved ones, and other themes.
